The Atlanta Hawks finally ran out of gas Tuesday night in a 108-101 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks. The Hawks are in the middle of a grueling five games in six night stretch when they take on the Chicago Bulls Wednesday night at Philips Arena.
Josh Smith had another big game against the Bucks finishing with 30 points and 18 rebounds but Joe Johnson was held to just 11 points in the loss. Atlanta was its own worst enemy against the Bucks turning the ball over 22 times with 10 coming in the opening quarter.
Atlanta is 1-2 against the Bulls this season but Chicago could be without injured point guard Derrick Rose this time around. Rose has missed the last seven games with a groin injury and is unlikely to play on Wednesday. Chicago lost to the Nuggets on Monday 108-91.
