Hawks Vs. 76ers Final Score: Atlanta Falls To Philadelphia, 95-90

The Atlanta Hawks took a crushing 95-90 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers. The loss keeps Atlanta stuck at the No. 6 spot in the Eastern Conference playoff race. The Hawks came out of the second half playing well by going on a 12-4 run to have a five-point lead and had a four point lead heading into the fourth quarter.

In the fourth quarter the 76ers offense came alive and they went on a 13-5 run to lead 83-77 with 5:07 left in the fourth quarter, and they never gave up that lead. The Hawks got within two points on a Marvin Williams three-pointer with 1:08 left, but the Hawks would not get any closer than that.

The Hawks scoring was condensed into two players as Josh Smith had a great game with 34 points on 12-of-18 shooting and Joe Johnson had 15 points. The 76ers had four players in double figures with Elton Brand leading the way with 25 points.
