The Atlanta Dream look to get back in the win column Thursday night when they take on the visiting Phoenix Mercury. Atlanta is coming off of a disappointing 78-62 loss on Sunday that dropped their record on the season to 1-2. Phoenix comes in also at 1-2 after a 99-88 loss in Los Angeles on Saturday.
If Atlanta hopes to remain one of the top teams in the Eastern Conference they are going to have to get more contributions from their bench. Atlanta's reserves are averaging just over 18 points a game through the first three and much of that was a result of the 100-74 blow out win over the Liberty. The bench struggled in two losses to the Indiana Fever and has Atlanta searching for answers.
