The Atlanta Dream host the New York Liberty Tuesday night as they try to bounce back from Sunday's disappointing loss to the Connecticut Sun. Atlanta was without leading scorer Angel McCoughtry who missed the game with a sprained knee but the Dream led virtually the entire game until a late bucket by Tina Charles gave the Sun the win.
It was similar result for the Dream who have struggled with offensive execution at crunch time this season. Atlanta was held to just two points over the final 4:17 of the game on Sunday.
The Liberty are also trying to put a loss out of their minds as they are coming off a 97-55 loss also to Connecticut. New York has lost two straight and are just 1-4 on the road this season. The two teams have split the previous two meetings with the home team winning each.
Game Date/Time: Tuesday, June 19, 7 p.m. ET
Location: Philips Arena, Atlanta, Georgia
TV: Fox Sports South
