Wimbledon resumes on Saturday, as two Americans look to continue their run in England. Former tennis superstar Andy Roddick continues his redemption tour, while tenth-seeded Mardy Fish looks to keep chugging along at the All England Club.
Roddick, to his credit, has yet to drop a set through the first two rounds at Wimbledon. Roddick disposed of Jamie Baker in the opening round of play, 7-6 (7-1), 6-4, 7-5, before defeating Bjorn Phau 6-3, 7-6 (7-1), 6-3 in the second round. Just by reaching the third round, Wimbledon marks the furthest into a Grand Slam tournament Roddick has gone this year, as he lost in the second round of the Australian Open, before losing in the first round at the French Open.
Roddick faces his toughest test of the tournament so far on Saturday, as he takes on seventh-seeded David Ferrer.
Fish, meanwhile, takes on unseeded David Goffin.
