2012 Peachtree Road Race: Route Information, Course Map And More

The 2012 Peachtree Road Race takes runners from the streets of Buckhead, through midtown and finally winds up at Piedmont Park. The course checks in at 6.2 miles in length.

The race actually begins at Lenox Square and travels down Peachtree to 10th Street in Midtown. From there it continues down 10th street with the finish located just outside of Piedmont Park. Water stations will be set up at each mile of the 6.2 mile course.

Visit Peachtreeroadrace.org for a complete view of the race map.

Due to the size of the event, participants and spectators are asked to use MARTA which will begin running at 5 a.m. on race day. Runners are asked to use the Lenox station for the start and the Midtown or Art Center station for the finish.

The wheelchair race will start the day and is scheduled to begin at 6:45 a.m. on Wednesday.
