The worst was feared when an emotional Bradie Ewing left the field on a golf cart and headed to the Falcons locker room after suffering a knee injury. Now it appears that those fears were justified. Josina Anderson is reporting that Ewing has a torn ACL in his right knee and will be sidelined for the remainder of the season.

Ewing was drafted in the fifth round by the Falcons in the 2012 Draft. He was expected to compete for starting fullback job along with Mike Cox. Atlanta cut Ovie Mughelli during the offseason in a salary cap move after five seasons with the club.
