Braves Vs. Mets: Saturday Game Preview, TV Info And More

The Braves look to seize control of this three-game series against the Mets on Saturday when Kris Medlen (2-1, 2.37 ERA) takes the mound for Atlanta. The Braves' pitching has been outstanding in recent weeks, posting a 1.76 ERA in their last 16 games even with an injury plagued starting rotation.

The Braves have won 13 out of those 16 games and look to keep it rolling against a Mets squad that doesn't have much to rely on when R.A. Dickey isn't on the mound. They'll send Johan Santana (6-7, 3.98 ERA) to the hill on Saturday, but that doesn't mean the same thing it meant a few years ago.
