2013 Georgia Football Recruiting: Bulldogs Land Safety Paris Bostick

The Georgia Bulldogs landed their third player from Plant High in Tampa after getting a commitment from safety Paris Bostick. The 2013 grad chose Georgia over the Arkansas Razorbacks.

A three-star recruit, Bostick measures at 6'1 and 217 pounds and is expected to add more muscle to his frame.

An in-the-box safety, Bostick is better against the run and short passes. His top speed is just average, thus exposing him on deeper routes. Downfield he is better suited for a zone coverage rather than lining up against a receiver and trying to stop him one-on-one.

Bostick also had offers from Louisville, South Florida and Rutgers.

He is the 25th Georgia recruit for 2013 and the third from Plant High. Previously, the Bulldogs have signed QB Aaron Murray and tight end Orson Charles.
