2012 Barclays: K.J. Choi Takes The Early Lead

The 2012 Barclays tournament is underway at Bethpage Black in New York, and it's K.J. Choi who has grabbed the early lead. Choi is currently five under par as he nears the conclusion of his round, ahead of a group of five players sitting at -4. Sergio Garcia and Padraig Harrington are among that group of golfers tied for second.

Elsewhere in the field, Rory McIlroy and Dustin Johnson are three under par, Phil Mickelson is -2 and Tiger Woods is sitting at -1. Georgia Tech alum Matt Kuchar is +2 through 11 holes. Fellow GT alums Troy Matteson and Bryce Molder are -2 and -1, respectively.
