Georgia Vs. Buffalo: Tickets Still Remain For Season Opener

The Georgia Bulldogs have not sold out their season opener against Buffalo, though they're close, according to ticket manager Tim Cearley:

There were still about a 1,000 tickets remaining as of Friday, according to ticket manager Tim Cearley.

That means the Bulldogs could be in danger of not selling out a home season opener for the first time since 1998.

The tickets, which are $45 apiece, will be sold at the East end ticket office on Saturday. The school also has about 1,000 tickets remaining for the Sept. 15 matchup against Florida Atlantic.

Georgia's opener is set for Sept. 1 at 12:21 p.m. ET. The SEC Network will televise the contest.
