Fantasy Football 2012: Falcons RB Jacquizz Rodgers A Strong RB2 Candidate

Atlanta Falcons running back Jacquizz Rodgers is looking like a good RB2 candidate for fantasy football owners after drawing praise from coaches, according to a report from SB Nation's fantasy football hub. The 5-foot-6 tailback out of Oregon State will be playing behind Michael Turner, but he will see some action in order to lighten the demands on the starter. From the Falcons' coaches:

"Jacquizz is a player that we've got to get him some touches," [head coach Mike] Smith said. "We found out very early once we got him here that he is not a change-of-pace back. He's a guy who can do all the things that you ask a running back to do. You go out and perform and when he's had his opportunities, he's done a nice job."
