To help the depleted Georgia Bulldogs secondary, Malcolm Mitchell shifted from wide receiver to cornerback this season. But with Sanders Commings, the team's top cornerback, returning from suspension, his role might change again.
Offensive coordinator Mike Bobo wants Mitchell back on offense, according to The Telegraph.
"That's something we'll talk about as a staff," Bobo said. "He's gonna get back on offense some this week. We've already discussed about that earlier in camp. Will it be full-time yet, I don't know, but I sure would love to have him on offense."
Whether Mitchell will play both ways or just on offense in the future is unclear.
A season ago as a freshman, Mitchell had 665 receiving yards and four touchdowns.
