It may not have been the dominating performance most fans would like to see, but the Georgia Bulldogs hold a 28-14 lead over the Florida Atlantic Owls at halftime.
Aaron Murray has led the way for the Dawgs on offense, going 8-of-10 for 191 yards and a touchdown, while also rushing for two touchdowns on the ground. Keith Marshall has 78 yards and a touchdown on the ground, with Todd Gurley also chipping in 55 yards. All told, Georgia put up 365 yards of offense in the first half.
The defense has raised some eyebrows, though, as Florida Atlantic has 262 yards of offense in the first half against what's supposed to be one of the nation's best defensive units. However, that could have been expected, as Georgia were playing without star linebacker Jarvis Jones, who dressed but hasn't played due to a groin injury.
