MTSU Vs. Georgia Tech: Secondary looks to play better

Georgia Tech has Middle Tennessee State on its schedule this weekend as the Yellow Jackets look to make up for blowing a 14-point lead to the MIami Hurricanes Saturday. Tech is going to need its secondary to be on its game going against Middle Tennessee State's spread option attack.

Here's Tech head coach Paul Johnson at Wednesday's news conference:

"I think that before Saturday, they played fairly well. Saturday was not a great day for anybody. It's like anything else. When you're playing coverage back there and you're matched up and there's not a lot of pressure, there's going to be some exposure. I think you have to give the other team some credit. They have pretty good receivers and their quarterback was hot and they made some plays."

Middle Tennessee State is coming off a 48-30 win against Memphis last weekend. Quarterback Logan Kilgore threw for 253 yards, a pair of touchdowns, and completed 73 percent of his passes.
