Falcons safety Thomas DeCoud channels his inner "Super Trooper" in SportsCenter interview

Atlanta's playmaking safety plays the "meow" game during a brief appearance on an edition of ESPN's SportsCenter this week

There are several aspects of this story I find amazing, not the least of which being Thomas DeCoud's incredibly convincing rendition of the "meow game" that showed up during a SportsCenter interview earlier this week. In fact, he doesn't even let off so much as a giggle through the whole thing.

For those unfamiliar with the meow game, perhaps a little Super Troopers refresher would be in order:

What I almost find more surprising is the fact that ESPN is giving the Falcons national attention, and that they chose a player who's actually impressed on the field. Were the Falcons in a larger market, I have no doubt the media would be eating this interview up right now.

Of course, I also love that DeCoud is showcasing his multi-faceted personality. Is that a post-NFL acting career I'm sensing? We here at SB Nation Atlanta can only hope.
