College Football Rankings: Georgia Drops To No. 7 In Coaches Poll

The USA Today Coaches Poll felt the same way about the Georgia Bulldogs as the AP poll did as Georgia was leap frogged by the Florida St. Seminoles who were going up against a much inferior opponent from the FCS by defeating Murray State 69-3. While Georgia played and defeated the Buffalo Bulls out of the MAC by a score of 45-23.

So the reason for the jump may have been due to looking at the scoreboard. Georgia has a chance this week to make some noise in the polls as they play a quality SEC opponent in the Missouri Tigers who received 16 votes in the coaches poll.
