Experts are leaning towards an Atlanta Falcons victory over the Kansas City Chiefs for Sunday's game at Arrowhead Stadium. The Falcons are coming off an impressive year under Mike Smith, going 10-6 in the competitive NFC South and earning an NFC Wild Card berth. The Chiefs on the other hand finished with a 7-9 record in the AFC West, finishing last in the division. They were however only one game behind the Denver Broncos, who wound up winning the division.
12 experts from ESPN are split down the middle on who would win. Mike Golic and Merrill Hoge are among the six experts who are picking the Falcons to beat the Chiefs on the road. All eight experts at CBS Sports however are picking the Atlanta, including Will Brinson and Pete Prisco.
At Yahoo! Sports, two of the three experts on staff are choosing Atlanta, with Mike Silver and Jason Cole choosing the Falcons while Les Carpenter expects the Chiefs to win outright as a home underdog.
