Georgia Tech takes a 24-0 lead into halftime of their matchup with Presbyterian. The Yellow Jackets have piled up over 350 yards of total offense but two lost fumbles have prevented this from becoming a complete blowout.
B-back Zach Laskey got the scoring started for the Yellow Jackets with a 56 yard touchdown run to put Tech up early. Tevin Washington followed with a 58-yard scoring run to extend the lead to 14-0. The Yellow Jackets would add one more touchdown in the first quarter when Synjyn Days capped off a 51-yard drive with a three yard run to make the score 21-0. The Yellow Jackets would tack on a field goal just before halftime to make the score 24-0.
The Yellow Jackets have a 352-93 advantage in total yards. Zach Laskey leads the way for the Yellow Jackets rushing for 104 yards on nine carries. Washington has 89 yards on the ground and 70 more through the air. Jeremy Moore caught two passes for 58 yards including a 50-yard reception from Washington.
