The Braves go for a three-game sweep of the New York Mets at Citi Field on Sunday. Chipper Jones is out of Sunday's lineup with Juan Francisco taking over at third base. Brian McCann is coming off one of his best days of the season on Saturday and is back in the lineup and hitting sixth on Sunday. Dan Uggla's recent production at the plate has him penciled in at second base and batting fifth.
