Taylor Martinez, the quarterback of the Nebraska Cornhuskers, says he has no reason to fear the defense of the Georgia Bulldogs. In fact, Martinez feels the unit is just another defense like any he has faced in the Big Ten Conference this season, according to dogbytes.com.
"Nothing really. It’s just another typical Big Ten defense. If we go out and play, we’ll be perfectly fine."
Georgia certainly will keep that comment in mind, but as the article points out the Big Ten did have some pretty tough defenses for Martinez to contend with in 2012. The Michigan State Spartans ranks fourth in the nation, while the Michigan Wolverines and Wisconsin Badgers are 10th and 13th respectively.
However, Martinez has yet to play the likes of Jarvis Jones and Alec Ogletree, two slam dunk first round picks if they decide to come out for the 2013 NFL Draft.
It promises to be a great game, with two of the best teams in the nation slugging it out on a national televised stage.
