NFL Flex Scheduling, Becoming Boston, And Glorious Silence: Around The Perimeter

Falcons: The Dec. 5 game between the Atlanta Falcons and Tampa Bay Buccaneers has been moved from 1 pm to 4:15 pm (ET). This week Philadelphia Eagles-Chicago Bears and Bucs-Baltimore Ravens were flexed to the 4:15 spot. Look at our Bucs go!

.com: You should watch some games on ESPN3. The variety of content is amazing, sure, and you can watch it on just about any platform, right, but perhaps the best part is that you get breaks from announcers. Whenever they cut away to get updates from Studio Bro, you get nothing but stadium audio. It's amazing and wonderful. Andrew Sharp imagines a world without announcers in advance of the NFL Network's post-Thanksgiving announcer-free experiment.

Hawks: Peachtree Hoops discusses the idea that the Atlanta Hawks are trying to become more like the Boston Celtics. The Hawks wouldn't be alone around here if they became more Boston. The Falcons have already become New England Patriots South, and by South we mean much, much friendlier to fans and media, and the Atlanta Braves got their start in Boston.
