Recapping the events of April 16:
↵Braves reliever Peter Moylan was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a lower back strain (link). The Braves needed to make room for the activation of Jair Jurrjens prior to Saturday's doubleheader, and Moylan's back issue gave them the room for now.
↵Braves third baseman Chipper Jones is expected to take a day off Sunday (link).
↵Mets pitcher Pat Misch will be DFA'd to make room for Dillon Gee, who will start Sunday's game against the Braves (link).
↵The rest of the NL East was rained out on Saturday.
