Florida is second with a 12-7 record just a game and a half behind the Phillies. The Marlins have won seven of their last ten games and wrap up their series with the Colorado Rockies today with a prime time pitching match up between Josh Johnson and Ubaldo Jimenez.

Washington checks in at 9-10 and in third place but is fading at four and a half games out after losing its last three games. The New York Mets have awakened from their early season slumber with a three game winning streak but they remain in last place with an 8-13 record.
