Atlanta Braves Lineup Vs. Mets Returns To Normal

After weeks of a makeshift lineup that struggled to score even one run on some nights, Thursday's Braves lineup looks much more like to the ones we saw in April and the first half of May. As Atlanta attempts to avoid a sweep, here is the lineup for tonight:

Jordan Schafer - CF
Jason Heyward - RF
Chipper Jones - 3B
Brian McCann - C
Freddie Freeman - 1B
Dan Uggla - 2B
Eric Hinske - LF
Alex Gonzalez - SS
Mike Minor - P

It's easy to forget just how good this lineup can be when everyone is healthy. Martin Prado is still missing, but once the MVP candidate from last season returns, this offense really could take off. The only non-regular is Eric Hinske and he's no slouch at the plate, especially with a right-handed pitcher on the mound.

Something to keep an eye on is how Dan Uggla hits in the sixth spot in the lineup. He hit well as the second hitter, which was probably due to him seeing a lot more fastballs instead of breaking pitches. As we've all seen this last week, a productive Dan Uggla has a huge affect on the team.
