Fourth Of July TV Schedule: Peachtree Road Race, Rockies-Braves, Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest

Your Atlanta game TV time and channel schedule. All times ET. As always, click on any team's name for complete schedules, scores and previews, plus an active community devoted to your team. And check ESPN3, too.

2011 Peachtree Road Race, WXIA (NBC), 6:30 am: Time to TiVo yourself walking six miles, Atlanta! Coverage of the soon-to-be world's largest 10K road race lasts until 8:30 am, with the only people watching live being especially great family members of runners. I'm sure somebody out there will sit and watch all two hours despite having no particular dog in this hunt, and I'd love to know why in the world such a thing would ever happen.

Colorado Rockies at Atlanta Braves, 7:10, Peachtree TV/Fox Sports South: Let's get this thing knocked out real quick and get some fireworks underway.

Philadelphia Phillies at Florida Marlins, 6:10, MLBTV: Kind of think the Braves would only be back by 3.5 games if not for some ninth-inning umpire chicanery Sunday afternoon.

Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest, noon, ESPN: This is not a sport, but cheer for Newnan's Gravy Brown with all your might, regardless of how overmatched he may appear.

Toronto Blue Jays at Boston Red Sox, 1:35, MLBTV

Houston Astros at Pittsburgh Pirates, 1:35, MLBTV

U-17: England vs. Germany, 3:45, ESPN3

New York Yankees at Cleveland Indians, 6:35, MLBTV

U-17: France vs. Mexico, 6:45, ESPN3

Real Salt Lake vs. New England Revolution, 8:30, ESPN3

Los Angeles Galaxy vs. Seattle Sounders, 10:30, ESPN3
