Braves Vs. Reds: Mike Minor Allows 3 Straight Home Runs

Mike Minor's stuggles this season continued Monday night, as the lefty has allowed four solo home runs and the Braves trail the Reds 4-1 after five innings.

The long ball has been killing Minor. He has allowed at least two homers in four of his last five starts for a total of 11 over his last 24 2/3 innings, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

The first home run Monday came from Drew Stubbs in the bottom of the first. In the fourth, Reds pitcher Mike Leake, Zack Cozart and Stubbs again homered back-to-back-to-back to give the Reds a 4-1 lead.

Entering Monday, Minor had been quite a disappointment for the Braves, posting a 7.09 ERA and 1.45 WHIP in eight starts. He may live up to his name and head to the minors soon.
