Braves Vs. Nationals Final Score: Atlanta Loses To Washington 8-4, Losing Streak Extends To 6 Games

The Washington Nationals were le Bryce Harper who hit a solo home run and Danny Espinosa added a three-run shot to defeat the Atlanta Braves 8-4. The loss for the Braves was their sixth in a row and six of their last seven. The Nationals got out to an early 4-0 lead due to Espinosa's three-run shot.

The Braves rallied to tie the game at four in the fifth inning when Dan Uggla hit a two-run shot, and that would be the final runs of the day that the Braves would score.

The Nationals would take the lead for good when Chad Tracy came to the plate to pinch hit, and he hit a RBI double to knock in Ian Desmond which came off of reliever Kris Medlen who also earned the loss.

The Braves starting pitcher Mike Minor gave up four runs on six hits in five innings which marked the sixth straight start where he has allowed four or more runs.
