2012 MLB Standings: Braves Trail Nationals In NL East Division

Thursday's loss to the Philadelphia Phillies drops the Atlanta Braves 1.5 games behind the Washington Nationals in the NL East Division. Both the Braves and the Nationals are 5-5 over their last 10 games with Washington winning two straight.

The New York Mets have lost three straight games and are three back in the standings. Philadelphia's series win over the Braves evens their record at 13-13 for the season and pulls them to within 3.5 games of the lead. Miami finds itself in last place in the division but are still only five games behind Washington for the division lead.
