Chipper Jones is back in the lineup and Julio Teheran will make his 2012 debut for the Braves as they try to win their seventh straight game and finish off an interleague series sweep over the Toronto Blue Jays.
Jones was activated prior to the game from the disabled list and Jose Constanza was optioned to Triple A Gwinnett. Teheran is up to make a spot start for Tim Hudson who is dealing with a minor ankle injury.
