The Atlanta Braves already went local in the first round of the 2012 MLB draft and a some other local headliners made their way up the draft board as well on Monday night.
Day 2 of the draft begins Tuesday at noon ET and the Braves have the No. 85, 116, 149 picks. Atlanta does not have any picks in the Compensation rounds, so those three picks mentioned, along with the Lucas Sims selection at No. 21 in the first round of the draft, are going to be the Braves' best chance to acquire whatever talent they can.
