As the 2012 season winds down with the Atlanta Braves leading the National League's Wild Card race by a wide margin, the Braves visit the Miami Marlins in an NL East battle, sending Tim Hudson to the mound looking to keep the Braves hot after a weekend sweep of the Washington Nationals.

The Braves will likely be without catcher Brian McCann who is working through a tendonitis problem in his right knee, which was reaggravated on Saturday. McCann sat out of Sunday night's game with the Nationals, but could be used as a pinch hitter if the situation arises, according to manager Fredi Gonzalez.

The Marlins will counter with Wade LeBlanc, who hasn't won a decision in more than a month, his last victory coming on Aug. 17.
