Braves Vs. Phillies Final: Chipper Jones Hits Walk-Off HR

Chipper Jones still has some magic left in him.

With two men on and two outs out, Jones hit a dramatic walk-off HR to power the Atlanta Braves past the Philadelphia Phillies in a come from behind 8-7 win.

The Braves entered the inning down 7-3. Jonathan Papelbon, the closer whom the Phillies had given a massive contract to in the off-season, was brought in after Jeremy Horst allowed two base-runners.

But Papelbon didn't have any of his Boston magic with him tonight, throwing 12 of his 20 pitches for strikes while blowing the save.

Atlanta was in such bad shape because Paul Maholm, their mid-season trade acquisition, had his worst start since coming over from the Chicago Cubs.

Maholm only lasted two innings, giving up six hits and seven earned runs while throwing 72 pitches. The Phillies batters hit six doubles in the game, with Ryan Howard knocking in two RBI's and Erik Katz getting three of his own.
