Falcons Vs. Eagles: If Kevin Kolb Starts, Falcons' Secondary Will Benefit

David Elfin of Fanhouse brought to light some interesting statistics regarding the Eagles game-breaking receiver, DeSean Jackson.

On offense, Jackson's production is all about the quarterback. The contrast is stark.

In 11 quarters with the currently sidelined Michael Vick as the Eagles' quarterback, Jackson has 14 catches for 324 yards and two touchdowns.

In nine quarters with Kevin Kolb at quarterback, Jackson has four catches for 37 yards and no touchdowns.

With the news that Vick is still questionable to play, Falcons fans should breathe a little easier knowing that one of the game's most dynamic receivers could be handcuffed.

However, Elfin added:

Maybe, but it's a good thing for Jackson and the Eagles that offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg said today that Vick still hopes to play Sunday against Atlanta and will do "a few things today."
