- Roddy White and Matt Ryan both had career days last season against the 49ers. White set a franchise record with 210 yards receiving and set a personal best with his 90-yard touchdown. Ryan’s 329 passing yards was a career high.
- Falcons cornerback Brent Grimes intercepted his first pass of the season last week against the Saints. The undrafted free agent led the team last season with six interceptions and now a full-time starter, he has the second-most interceptions by an undrafted free agent since 2008.
- Last week’s rushing touchdown by Michael Turner was his first of the season, giving him 28 as a Falcon which is tied for the most rushing touchdowns in the NFL since 2008. The Falcons are 13-5 when Turner steps into the endzone at least once.
- Ryan compiled a QB rating of 108.8 in last week’s win, the second straight game that he’s recorded a rating above 100. It was the 11th time in his career and Atlanta is 11-0 in those games.
