The Buccaneers started the drive on the 26-yard line. Josh Freeman threw incomplete, then Cadillac Williams carried for two yards. On third down, Freeman threw incomplete but the Falcons were offsides. On the replay of the down, Freeman found Spurlock for a first down. Mike Williams caught his first pass for five yards. Williams carried again for one yard. Still no sign of LeGarrette Blount. Freeman scrambled on third down and picked up 19 yards before sliding down. Thomas DeCoud was flagged for unnecessary roughness but the flag was picked up. After a timeout by the Falcons, Williams carried for the third time but lost two yards.
