Madden 11 Roster Update: Roddy White Down, But Falcons Up

Madden 11's 16th roster update is out, with the Atlanta Falcons getting another team rating bump despite WR Roddy White taking a hit. The Falcons are now rated 89, among the best in the game and switching places with the New York Jets, who fell to 88. The New England Patriots remain the NFL's best, increased to 93.

DE John Abraham and HB Michael Turner got one-point increases to 93, while kicker Matt Bryant received an overdue seven-point gain. Bryant's now an 81, which might still be too low for a kicker with [LOSES COUNT] game-winners in a single season, but it's getting there.

White's rating slipped despite real-life Roddy White moving into the NFL receiving yardage lead. These things happen.

Elsewhere around the NFC South, Carolina Panthers QB Tony Pike and his fleet feet are no longer with us, New Orleans Saints receivers Marques Colston and Lance Moore got bumps, and Sean Jones, Tampa Bay Buccaneers safety and forget Georgia Bulldog, is now up to an 80.
