Bears Vs. Packers, NFC Championship Game Odds: Green Bay Favored At Soldier Field

The Green Bay Packers started the week favored over the Chicago Bears by three points, which has risen as high as four points by now. Though the teams played each other very tightly in both of their games this season, too many bettors are going to have a hard time getting 48-21 out of their heads.

That and we’re talking about Aaron Rodgers vs. Jay Cutler. Which of those quarterbacks do you like laying money on in a game with crappy weather? I’m not even looking up the weather! It’s Chicago! Of course it’s crappy!

The over/under has hovered around 43 all week, almost six points higher than the first meeting and 30 points higher than the second. While Jay Cutler or Devin Hester could break out and score at any time, I don’t think I’d feel too uncomfortable taking the under here. Most people see the 48 and 35 points these teams put up last week, but are ignoring way too many of the other scores on their schedules. 10-3, 9-0, 16-0, 16-13, 7-3, 17-3, and so forth.
