There has been a lot of talk regarding Ndamukong Suh's on-field comments on Matt Ryan's injury in last weekends' game between the Atlanta Falcons and Detroit Lions. Now you can add Brent Grimes to the list of people commenting on the situation.
Grimes had this to say when he joined 790 the Zone in Atlanta With Two Live Stews.
"I heard that they were yelling at him like, ‘Get him out of here. Get the cart.’ Stuff that you just shouldn’t say. We’re all out there competing and you’re trying to hit the quarterback and intimidate him. That’s all part of the game, but you don’t really want to see anyone get hurt. For you to mock somebody when they’re on the ground and they are possibly seriously hurt where they might need a cart to take them off the field, that’s just not cool. That comes back to people when they do something like that."
As long as people to continue to talk about this situation it's not going to go away. Suh has made it known that the comments were in reference to a player having to leave the game if they went down with an injury. We might never really know the context and all the details of what was going on out on the field but it does go to show you how the same thing can be interpreted in different ways to different people.
