Saints Monday Night Football Inactives: Lance Moore Will Play As Drew Brees Eyes Record

When you have the opportunity to be a part of a historical performance, injuries don't seem to hurt as much, and the desire to be a part of the celebration becomes paramount. For New Orleans Saints wide receiver Lance Moore, who had been bothered recently by a tight hamstring, it looks like he will be available for Drew Brees' attempt at history, as the quarterback is 305 yards away from breaking Dan Marino's passing yards record of 5,084 yards in a season. You might've heard about this a few dozen times by now today.

The Atlanta Falcons will get back cornerback Brent Grimes, who'll look to prevent a Saints victory, along with Brees' coronation.

Here are the Saints players that will be inactive for tonight's game versus the Falcons.

RB Mark Ingram

LB Jonathan Casillas

DB Leigh Torrence

OT Will Robinson

TE Mike Higgins

WR Adrian Arrington

DE Turk McBride
