Here we have a ludicrous smattering of links to complete 2011 NFL mock drafts, and guess what! Here come some more! These four disagree on every pick for the Atlanta Falcons, and none of them project Adrian Clayborn at No. 27, so get ready to get even more conflicted.
Niners Nation did a cool thing and held its own community mock draft, coming up with Georgia Bulldogs defender Justin Houston in the first and Nevada Wolf Pack TE Virgil Green to the Falcons. Both of those players might have been the best at their positions during the NFL Combine, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
Yahoo! Sports' Doug Farrar thinks Atlanta will take Illinois Fighting Illini LB Martez Wilson. That's an unconventional pick, but he raises a good point. The team will soon lose Mike Peterson to the sands of time, and Sean Weatherspoon really has yet to have a chance to prove himself.
Big Cat Country likes Mississippi St. Bulldogs OT Derek Sherrod to the Falcons, while Windy City Gridiron is on board with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish TE Kyle Rudolph idea. I'd be very surprised if the Falcons go tight end in the first round -- pass rusher and wide receiver are far bigger needs, both for this season and beyond.
