VIDEO: Roddy White Says Teams Want Players In 'By Monday Or Tuesday'

The NFL lockout is expected to end by Thursday evening -- add Atlanta Falcons WR Roddy White to the list of players going with that timeline. In an appearance at ESPN studios (during which he also endured Skip Bayless), White said the lockout is supposed to end by Thursday so that teams can get players into their facilities "by Monday or Tuesday."

Now there's a detail.

Several NFL personalities have indicated that they're on the same page with each other as far as scheduling goes once the lockout ends. Unless that's Matt Ryan's recommended return date to Flowery Branch, you might consider adding Falcons players to that list.

Does this mean Falcons coaches have been in touch with players? Not necessarily. Isn't that against rules though? Oh, whatever. Every team in the NFL has communicated daily with its players since the day the lockout began, and if any of them haven't, they don't care enough about their upcoming seasons. Hopefully we can expect the NFL to have a little more common sense here than the NCAA would. This rant may not be entirely relevant.

Or maybe he's just guessing. Who knows? Could be a universal thing for every team's players, too.
