Undrafted Free Agent Ricardo Lockette Already Racking Up Offers

One of the players on the 2011 undrafted free agents list likely to stir up a whole lot of attention is Fort Valley State's Ricardo Lockette. He was one of the five fastest players at the NFL Combine and came into draft season known for his blazing 40 times.

Sure enough, he says he's already been offered a spot by four NFL teams:

You'd have to assume the Oakland Raiders as one of those teams, given their obsession with speed, but if the Atlanta Falcons offered him a UFA contract, I'd be surprised to see him go elsewhere. The team worked him out before the draft, and he's said he grew up a lifelong Falcons fan.

Though the team added Julio Jones and Jacquizz Rodgers in the interest of becoming more explosive on offense, a potential Jacoby Ford-esque (this will forever be the term applied to really fast, little guys who are good at running straight lines) deep threat might be worth bringing around for one more try.
