Are The Giants Using Jason Snelling To Help Them Sign Ahmad Bradshaw?

The Giants hope to re-sign RB Ahmad Bradshaw, or so I gather, and are having a hard time doing it, or something. I don't know. Their problems do not trouble me, despite the fact that they're a New York team and thus their problems are of the highest national importance.

They are, however, importing Falcons free agent RB Jason Snelling, and though there's widespread assumption that this is only happening to force Bradshaw to make a decision one way or the other, the Giants are interested in Snelling as a backup plan.

For what it's worth, a legion of wise foreheads think this will all end with Bradshaw remaining in New York:

The Giants are looking at Jason Snelling, but that's only if they lose A. Bradshaw. Somehow, I think the Giants will get Bradshaw doneless than a minute ago via yoono Favorite Retweet Reply

Snelling is from New Jersey, lest we forget, which means as soon as ESPN figures out from whence he hails we'll be treated to some homecoming Carmelo Anthony songs by Puff Daddy.
