Atlanta Falcons tight end Tony Gonzalez was appearing in his 12th Pro Bowl of his career and he had one of his better performances in the All-Star game. Gonzalez led the NFC squad in targets with 11, seven receptions and 121 yards; the only thing Gonzalez did not do in this game was score a touchdown. Gonzalez currently holds the Pro Bowl record for most receptions by any player and with the seven he caught on Sunday it increased his record total to 49 receptions.
The other Falcons to appear in this game was wide receiver Roddy White who was making his third Pro Bowl appearance of his career, but in this game he did not perform as well as Gonzalez. White had two receptions for 22 yards on the day.
