The Atlanta Falcons are one of the leading teams in the pursuit of Miami Dolphins free agent defensive end Kendall Langford. The Falcons are reportedly in the lead group of teams along with the Patriots, Broncos and Bengals.

Langford is a four-year NFL veteran out of Hampton. He was a third-round pick of the Miami Dolphins in 2008 and appeared in 16 games during the 2011 season finishing with 20 tackles and one forced-fumble. Langford has 64 tackles and 7.5 sacks in his career. His best season statistically came in 2010 when he finished with 47 stops and three sacks to go along with two forced-fumbles.
