The Atlanta Falcons confirm that the team has reached an agreement with free agent wide receiver Harry Douglas on a new contract.
Harry stays, too. Louisville connection intact. Douglas agrees to terms with the Falcons.

The St. Louis Rams had also pursued Douglas and the third-year pro was reportedly contemplating leaving Atlanta for a shot at being the No. 1 or No. 2 receiver with the Rams or remaining with the Falcons where he formed a solid unit with fellow wide outs Roddy White and Julio Jones. Douglas caught a career high 39 passes for 498 yards during the 2011 season and stepped in at times for the injured Julio Jones.
Douglas was a third-round selection by the Falcons in the 2008 NFL draft. He has 84 career receptions for 1,112 yards and three touchdowns.
