The Atlanta Falcons are finally going to draft someone in the second round of the NFL Draft on Friday and they could be looking to go with an offensive lineman.
NBC Sports Mock Draft has Atlanta taking Kelechi Osemele out of the Iowa State Cyclones. Osemele had been on the Falcons radar over the offseason, but he could be the best available player to fit the team's needs with the 55th overall pick.
Osemele, at 6-6 and 333 pounds, is rated as the seventh best interior offensive lineman in the draft. He was a Big 12 second team selection in 2009 and won Honorable Mention in 2010.
For Atlanta, Justin Blalock, a former second round pick himself, is the left guard. Joe Hawley holds it down on the right side.
