Former Falcons head coach Bobby Petrino was recently involved in a motorcycle accident, one during which he was not wearing a helmet. Fortunately, the current Arkansas coach was okay, but it'll take some time for him to recover from the nasty bruises and scrapes he endured in the accident.
It didn't take long for Petrino to get back to work, as he met with the press on Tuesday, with significant visible bruises on his face.
Take a look after the jump.
Here's a photo of Petrino, which, at the very least, shows that he's a tough guy.
That probably doesn't make him any popular in Atlanta, but we're all glad to see that he'll be okay and didn't sustain any major injuries.
Petrino, as many remember, infamously left the Falcons with three games left in his first season as the franchise's head coach to take over at Arkansas for Houston Nutt.
