TV Schedule, College Football Saturday: Georgia Tech-UGA, Florida-FSU, LSU-Arkansas

Your Hate Week TV schedule. All times ET, as we hate all other time zones. Most games probably available on ESPN3 too.

Michigan Wolverines at Ohio St. Buckeyes, noon, ABC: Pop quiz! Which of these teams has beaten more teams currently ranked in the top 25? Non-trick question -- it's the Buckeyes. But they've only beaten one, the Iowa Hawkeyes, ranked No. 24. Meanwhile Michigan pounded UConn, who might make a BCS game. I'm pulling out all the stops to make this game sound really great.

↵↵

Florida Gators at Florida St. Seminoles, 3:30, ABC: If the Noles are going to win their first sweep of Florida and the Miami Hurricanes since 1999, they're going to have to out-ugly one of the ugliest teams in college football. Based on their past few weeks, they can ugly with anybody.

↵

LSU Tigers at Arkansas Razorbacks, 3:30, CBS: Regional concerns force me to name another game GAME OF THE DAY!, but if Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate wasn't going down this would be it. Insanity will abound -- and if you hate the BCS like we know you hate the BCS, you'll be rooting for LSU. Along with some other things down the road, but first things first.

TCU Horned Frogs at New Mexico Lobos, 4, Versus: The Frawgs last chance to impress voters, who've soured on TCU after it appeared the mid-major zeitgeist had settled. By how many would TCU need to win this game to hang onto their No. 3 BCS spot? 80? 101? That was all written yesterday. In case you haven't heard, Boise State lost to Nevada in overtime late last night -- forgive me for assuming otherwise, but you did the same thing. TCU is now one giant-killing away from the title game.

South Carolina Gamecocks at Clemson Tigers, 7, ESPN2: In terms of property destruction per capita, not many sporting events compare to this rivalry. Many rivalries get their flavor from contrasts -- urban vs. rural, party school vs. larnin' school, and so forth -- but this one is beautiful for its yellow jessamine waves of redneck redundancy. Clemson fans know what I'm talking about, but Cocks fans are considering the those-are-sidewalk-alumni defense. Embrace it, y'all.

Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets at Georgia Bulldogs, 7:45, ESPN: The begrudging GAME OF THE DAY!, since these teams have combined for fewer wins than the Auburn Tigers currently boast. Tech can keep the Dawgs out of a bowl game with a win, while UGA can make it 10 of the last 11 over the Jackets. Click here for previews and hopefully live coverage. We'll, like, all be at the game, so we'll see about that last one. We'll figure something out.

↵↵

Oklahoma Sooners at Oklahoma St. Cowboys, 8, ABC: If the Cowboys win they're into their first Big 12 Championship Game, but if they lose I think that insane Big 12 BCS rankings tiebreaker kicks in, as the Texas A&M Aggies beat Okie State but lost to Okie. Nobody likes that thing.
